New ID Cards Issued

New ID Cards are being issued by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as well as a new Combined ID Card with all services is being reissued by the Fund Office.

The reason for the re-issue is for compliance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (No Surprises Act). The Act requires additional information to be available from the ID card, such as out of pocket limits.
